Reduction in go-to-market timelines
Annual tech cost reduction
THE CLIENT
A Miami-based travel and hospitality company with over $9.4 billion in annual revenue needed to unify its fragmented marketing data environment to enable real-time customer segmentation, campaign execution, and analytics across multiple brands.
THE FOUNDATION
The organization had guest data across Salesforce, Epsilon databases, reservation systems, and multiple secondary marketing sources. These systems held the raw materials for advanced audience analytics but operated independently, with no unified data layer to support segmentation, targeting, or real-time reporting.
THE CONSTRAINT
Disconnected systems, legacy Epsilon infrastructure, and manual marketing processes made it impossible to produce unified insights across brands, channels, and geographies. Existing architecture could not support advanced use cases such as segmentation, optimization, or real-time reporting, and the cost of maintaining legacy tooling was increasing.
THE MULTIPLIER
Logic Pursuits consolidated all sources into Snowflake as the central analytics platform, migrated and remediated Epsilon databases to improve data quality and reduce technical debt, developed structured, cleansed, and modeled datasets to support advanced marketing analytics, and designed custom audience intelligence packages by brand, channel, and geography.
WHAT CHANGED
The organization moved from fragmented, manually assembled audience data to a centralized analytics-ready platform. Marketing teams gained the ability to build and activate targeted audiences directly, reducing go-to-market timelines and improving campaign precision across all brands.
WHAT MULTIPLIED
360-degree guest profiles with 270+ attributes and 90+ transaction features unified
Go-to-market timelines reduced by up to 5 days through self-service segmentation
Enhanced audience insights supporting stronger retention and acquisition strategies
Approximately $1M in annual marketing technology costs eliminated
